I paint to explore the fleeting gestures and quiet exchanges that often pass unnoticed, illuminating them as profound opportunities for connection and intimacy. My work is a celebration of vulnerability—an invitation to pause, reflect, and embrace these moments as a catalyst for a life enriched.
Collaboration is at the heart of my practice. The models who join me in the studio bring their stories, their presence, and their willingness to be seen. Together, we create a space for openness and trust, where every pose and gesture becomes an expression of strength, reflection, and intimacy.
This practice was born from a profound personal transformation. Facing a serious cancer diagnosis forced me to confront life’s fragility and discover the power of vulnerability. That experience reshaped my priorities, compelling me to create work that honors the raw beauty of the human experience. Each painting is an expression of gratitude, a celebration of resilience, and an exploration of the intimacy that bonds us.
Through bold brushstrokes, rich hues, and evocative lighting, I strive to reveal the stories beneath the surface—the quiet strength in a gaze, the confidence in a body laid bare, the warmth in a moment of stillness. The human form, in its infinite variations, is both my subject and my storyteller.
Art is my way of honoring life and sharing with others. Each brushstroke is an act of preservation, an attempt to give permanence to the impermanent. My work invites viewers to pause, reflect, and find themselves in their own journey of vulnerability, intimacy, and strength.
